Variants

Unchanged

Nothing at the path, or the same document as the cache.

Accepted(Verified)

A newer valid document: now in force and cached.

Refused(String)

Validly signed but not taken: older than the cache, a second document with the cache’s sequence number, or unparseable. The cache stays in force.

Stale(String)

Unreadable: the cache stays in force (a stale or unreachable source, §9).

Integrity(String)

An invalid signature (§12d Integrity).
