The test build (gym-hooks, which accepts fault injection over its socket) starts with a configuration that does not allow it, as it would anywhere outside the gym’s VM tests. planariad refuses to run: an Integrity failure, with exactly the Integrity responses and no agent started. (The module refuses such a configuration at evaluation; checks.module-eval covers that.)
