gym-web’s /health sends one byte every 2 s and never finishes, so a per-read timeout would never fire. Its 10 s timeout bounds the whole probe: Timeout, Unknown, never Failed, and gym-web is not restarted. Meanwhile the loop keeps ticking: gym-cache crashes and is repaired.
