alice’s font-scale change commits. An administrator at the seat (their own session, not alice’s) rolls back; switching back restarts a tunnel service (ConnectivityLoss) and a sync service (DataInterruption). The rollback carries both kinds. Being seated exempts the caller from the ConnectivityLoss floor but not from the DataInterruption one, so it asks first and does not run without approval.
